Warren Zenna is a Strategic Sales and Marketing Executive with over 25 years of experience in digital marketing, integrated media, brand marketing, and emerging technology. Warren is currently the Founder/CEO of The CRO Collective and Zenna Consulting Group.

Now in its 3rd year, The CRO Collective is a B2B consultancy that uniquely focuses on the role of the Chief Revenue Officer as an entry point to solving the pervasive issue of revenue operation misalignment in the B2B business sector.

The CRO Collective works with CEOs and CROs to re-engineer revenue strategies and engineer revenue operations that meet the emerging demands of modern business dynamics. The CRO Collective offers Consulting Services, one on one advisory, and a series of courses to
support the development and success of Chief Revenue Officers.

In addition to The CRO Collective, Warren is also the founder of Zenna Consulting Group (ZCG). Founded in 2012, ZCG is a Strategic Advisory that focuses primarily on organic growth marketing and go-to-market positioning strategies for B2B and B2C companies.

ZCG has served over 50 brands and tech companies since its inception. The firm guides the development of growth marketing strategies and
overseas tactical plans and implementations. ZCG has a solid track record of helping companies scale through client acquisition, audience growth, organic awareness, category leadership, and strategic partnership development. Clients include DailyPay, Equinox, Freshly, Skymint, LifeStance, Inspire, Semcasting, Nutrafol, Chipbrain, AdvancedContextual,
Location Sciences, Freckle, Killi, AdParlor, NinthDecimal, Digital Element, DJI, and USGA.

Warren is a sales and marketing veteran and seasoned agency executive. Since 1998 he has held numerous leadership roles at Digital marketing agencies both large and small, including Managing Director, EVP at Havas Media Group, where he built Havas’ mobile advertising business unit, with a focus on digitally integrated marketing communications and innovation – and at Publicis Groupe, in the role of Head of Mobile Strategy, he focused on developing mobile marketing and development strategies for clients in the tech, CPG, health, retail & media industries. Clients included Citi, Bank of America, AstraZeneca, Novartis, Microsoft, L’Oreal, Samsung, and Glaxo.

Other experience includes leading sales and business development teams at iCrossing, IMC2, and Zeta Interactive.

Warren holds a BFA from Syracuse University / Newhouse School. He is a regular public speaker, featured Podcast Guest, and contributing writer for Ad Age, Media Post, AdExchanger, Forbes, and a former jury member for MMA’s Smarties Awards.

Warren has lived and worked in New York City since 1987.

Jeff Ignacio is an experienced Growth and Revenue Operations leader.

He is the Head of Revenue and Growth Operations at UpKeep, the #1 mobile first CMMS & Enterprise Asset Management software built for the world’s best reliability leaders. Prior to working at UpKeep Jeff spanned a variety of roles at both large tech firms such as Accenture, Intel, Google, and high growth ventures such as Visier (viz-ier) and PatientPop. He is passionate about building scalable revenue teams. Jeff is a proud UCLA Bruin and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, Stephen M. Ross School of Business.
