CRO Readiness Program (Strategic Advisory)
A comprehensive diagnostic and consulting engagement designed to determine if a company is structurally prepared for a CRO and then implement the organizational, operational, structural and cultural changes needed to be ready for a CRO to succeed.
The CRO Readiness Program is designed specifically for companies between 40 and 200 million in revenues who are looking for their first chief revenue officer. Our clients are the CEOs, founders, boards, private equity firms, and new CROs.

CERA readiness programs are typically three to six month projects at the outset, with ongoing coaching and advisory post implementation.

Pricing and Costs
Our CRO readiness program is a bespoke engagement. Costs are fixed project fees that are priced in accordance with the complexity of the organization. Our initial revenue insights assessments are $50,000, after which we are able to formulate a recommendation proposal that will include all the implementation for the Subaru Readiness Foundation with project costs.
The zero accelerator course is $6,800.
Master's Counsel Program is $300 per month with a 12-month commitment.
